Your Agreement With the Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ds777 ("ds777", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your registration, access, and use of the ds777 online gaming platform available at https://ds777.games and all associated sub-pages, services, and features.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using any part of the ds777 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ds777 platform and close your account.

ds777 provides its gaming services primarily to players based in Pakistan and presents its platform, support, and communications in English. These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all interpretations and disputes.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created by a Player on the ds777 Platform.

• "Balance" means the PKR funds held in a Player's ds777 Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited winnings.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the ds777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, each of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or family member of a household containing an employee or director of ds777 or any game provider supplying content to ds777.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

ds777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4. Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming on ds777, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify ds777 promptly of any changes.

4.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on ds777. Operating multiple Accounts — whether directly or through proxies, family members, or any other means — is strictly prohibited. ds777 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method tracking to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any Balance held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at ds777's sole discretion.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ds777 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any ds777 Fast Login session token associated with your device. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ds777 staff will never request your password by any means of communication. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are valid is your responsibility. You must notify ds777 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ds777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its internal compliance framework. You may be required to submit copies of your Pakistani CNIC, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (such as a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account in your name). Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits on ds777 are processed in PKR. ds777 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, and selected Pakistan bank transfer methods including accounts held at HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other participating institutions. Minimum deposit thresholds are displayed in the ds777 cashier at the time of the transaction and may be updated periodically.

By making a deposit, you confirm that you are the authorised owner of the payment method being used and that the funds deposited are not proceeds of any illegal activity. ds777 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by ds777 subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonuses credited to the Account; and (c) confirmation that the withdrawal method matches a payment method previously used to deposit to the Account. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but ds777 targets same-day processing for standard PKR withdrawal requests.

ds777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern. During such checks, the withdrawal may be held pending resolution. ds777 will communicate the reason for any hold to the Player via support channels.

5.3 Currency

All funds on ds777 are denominated in PKR. ds777 does not apply foreign exchange conversion fees to PKR transactions. Any conversion costs incurred by your bank, mobile wallet, or payment processor are outside ds777's control and are the responsibility of the Player.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ds777 Platform are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

ds777 provides gaming content sourced from certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Playtech, PG Soft, and others. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game round, ds777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account Balance. ds777 will not be liable for any losses incurred due to technical issues on the Player's device or network, including internet connectivity problems affecting Pakistan network providers.

7. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ds777 may offer Bonuses, promotional credits, free game rounds, cashback offers, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by incorporation.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotional terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of Bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Bonuses credited to the Account will expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the promotional terms.
• ds777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any Player found to be abusing the Bonus system — including through pattern betting designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk — will have their Bonus forfeited and may have their Account suspended.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ds777 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and possible permanent exclusion:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Registering more than one Account or accessing the Platform using another person's Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a known or discovered error are considered void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to the detriment of the Platform or other users.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits or engage in any transactions on ds777.
• Attempting to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or compromise any security or anti-fraud system operated by ds777.
• Engaging in any conduct that may constitute money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Abusing, harassing, or threatening ds777 staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

9. Suspension & Account Termination

ds777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; regulatory requirements; or receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than Player-initiated closure, ds777 will review the Account Balance and, where it determines that no breach justifying forfeiture has occurred, will return legitimate, verified funds to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

A Player who wishes to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting ds777 support through WhatsApp, Telegram, or Live Chat. Players who self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming provisions should request self-exclusion through the same channels and should note that self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ds777 Platform — including but not limited to the ds777 name, logo, game interfaces, graphic elements, text, software architecture, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ds777 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any ds777 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ds777 shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind; (c) losses arising from reliance on the Platform's content, promotions, or game results; or (d) losses arising from circumstances beyond ds777's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunication failures, or actions of third-party payment processors.

Players acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk, and that the outcome of games is determined by certified random number generation processes. ds777 does not guarantee any particular outcome, return, or profit from gaming on the Platform.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

ds777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ds777 does not sell or transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes. Data sharing with third-party game providers, payment processors (including Easypaisa and JazzCash), and regulatory bodies is limited to the minimum necessary for platform operation and compliance obligations.

13. Responsible Gaming

ds777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its Pakistan player base. ds777 recognises that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic, and it maintains the following responsible gaming tools for all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on their Account.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using ds777 and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. PKR balances remaining in closed accounts will be processed for return in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and ds777 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, ds777 encourages Players to first raise the matter through the support channels detailed in Section 16 below, as the majority of disputes can be resolved through direct communication.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication may be referred to a mutually agreed independent adjudicator. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
